I found it listed on a russian (!!!) site, the commentator there said it was a rare record from 1967. He called the genre Diksilend, that is so cute.
I assume everybody knows Musik fuer alle (Music for everybody) was a sublabel of the west german Telefunken. Later (70s) it was also used by their sister label Decca.
